Abigail23 October 2026We underwent our open water course with Scuba Go and had the best experience! Our guide Hila was very good, and was clear with his instructions. We felt safe throughout and saw a manta ray, eagle ray, many turtles, Napoleon wrasse, black tip shark and moray eel! The crew were also very welcoming and lovely. Stephan17 October 2026Wir haben bei ScubaGo 3 Tage/ 9 Tauchgänge gebucht und es war von Anfang bis Ende wunderbar! Die Organisation hat perfekt funktioniert und alle Tauchguides die wir hatten ( Dio, Rafael und Rafael) haben uns perfekt betreut. Genauso war das Boot super bequem und die Crew sehr bemüht. Nebojsa Injac19 October 2026Scuba Go Sanur is one of the most professional and well-organized dive schools I have ever been to 🤿🐟🐡 From the very beginning, it was clear that safety, professionalism and the diver’s well-being are their highest priorities. 🤿🌊 Communication via WhatsApp was very easy and friendly. The team immediately asked the right questions about my diving experience, when I had last dived and how comfortable I felt in the water. Since my last dive had been some time ago, we first did a refresher course. It was handled very professionally and gave me a very safe and confident feeling before going out to sea. ✅ Before heading out, all the equipment was checked carefully again. The staff took care of everything – carrying, preparing and storing the equipment. You really feel completely looked after. They even offered medication for seasickness, and we were provided with a very tasty lunch. 🍛😊 During the dives, we were only a small group of three people, which was perfect. Underwater we saw so many incredible things: Mola Mola, manta rays, turtles, sea snakes and many other marine animals. 🐋🐢🐍🐠 It was an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights for me was doing my first drift dive. Being carried along by the current through the underwater world was a completely new and amazing experience. 🌊🤿 On the way back, the team continued to take care of everything for us. At the end of the day, we were even invited to join a voluntary dinner with a great selection of very delicious food. 🍽️😋 They also organized the photo transfer right there, including the pictures taken by the dive instructor during the dives. 📸 The support did not end after the dives either. All dives were properly entered into the logbook, and the team helped us complete the logbook correctly. I was especially impressed that the entries were verified within 24 hours. 📘✅ This once again shows how professional, careful and reliable Scuba Go is. What also stood out to me was that everyone on the team remained incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful right until the very end. You never felt like you were just another customer. 😊🙏 For me, Scuba Go is much more than just a dive school – it feels like a wellness program for divers and at the same time like a small diving family. ❤️🤿 I felt safe, welcome and very well taken care of at all times. The customer service team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they immediately recommended the most suitable diving trip for me. They also arranged a comfortable pick-up and drop-off service from Canggu to Sanur, which made everything even more convenient. We took a boat to Nusa Penida for three amazing scuba dives. Since I’m still a beginner, we started with a pool session before heading into the ocean, which really helped me feel more confident. And a HUGE shoutout to Kak Bill, the BEST dive master ever!! 🥹🫶 He’s not only an amazing instructor but also incredibly patient, caring, and attentive. His teaching style is so clear and easy to follow that even a complete beginner like me could understand everything without feeling overwhelmed. What I appreciated the most was that after every dive, he always took the time to discuss what went well and what I could improve to make my next dive even smoother. He genuinely cared about my progress and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. Such a lovely person and an absolutely amazing teacher! The dive sites were also INCREDIBLE! We got to see manta rays, explore beautiful coral reefs, and even dive at a more challenging spot. Despite being a beginner, I felt completely safe and never scared at any point, thanks to Bill’s guidance. I could actually relax and enjoy every moment underwater! Honestly, I enjoyed this trip SO MUCH! Everything was well organized, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was absolutely worth the price. Thank you so much, Scuba Go, and especially Kak Bill, for making my diving experience so memorable! 🩵 Can’t wait to go on more diving adventures with you guys! All staff is very friendly,helpfull & responsible (only remember few names :Putri, Jacquline). I left my wallet,all cash & valuables on the counter they kept till I’m back in the afternoon. The responsible guide,Komang taking great care of me 🤭🤭,making sure I’m safe & enjoy my dives. Definitly will come again to Scuba Go for my next dive in Bali. Putera Muhammad Ariffin Bin Maslan30 September 2026This is by far the best standards by a dive company, thank you so much to all the staffs that has contributed to this more than pleasant journey :) My friend and I purchased the OCEAN10 combo from ADEX Singapore, and let me tell you from the moment you arrived at the airport, everything was handled by them. The transfers, accommodation, equipment, meals and good company is done spectacularly. There was almost no flaw in their processes. Even with unpredictability of nature, they sure have a way to give their best foot forward. We managed to see the lovely Mola Mola during our visit, thanks to their adaptability of revisiting the same site when we didn’t manage to see it the day before, so thank you once again. He was professional, friendly, and made every dive enjoyable. He knows the dive sites incredibly well, and his passion for the underwater world really shines through 🤭. He’s also an incredible underwater photographer, with a real talent for spotting the little details and capturing the beauty of marine life. Diving with him made the experience even more special! A big thank you to Tona for his professionalism and guidance as an instructor for my cousin, and to Dodi at reception for being so welcoming and helpful. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from beginning to end. It’s a great team that truly makes you feel welcome, but Aldi deserves a special mention for making the dives so memorable.
